It was found that in addition to the circadian rhythm,the 1.09-1.33 h rhythm complex in BT and 3.4 h rhythm in HR also appeared. The power of some typical rhythms in BT and HR and the synchronousness of BT circadian rhythms recorded on the 2nd day of bed-rest were significantly less than those recorded on the 7th and/or the 14th day. The results suggest that to some extent disorders of the BT and HR rhythm are induced at least on the second day of bed-rest and recovered between the 7th and 14th day.

As there are many similarities to a great extent between biological fluid system and engineering fluid system according to fluid dynamic theory, this paper uses the PBG approach in the computer simulation of human blood circulation system,and has completed a modeling and simulation study on a simplified human blood circulation system model. This paper presents a computer simulation model of the cardiovascular circulation system, which describes the blood flow dynamic law in the cardiovascular system by the state equation. The model can be used in physiological study and computer aided medical education. In this paper, the Power Band Graph (PBG) modeling method is used to realize modeling of the human circulation system and conduct a simulation study on a simplified physiological system model. The results demonstrate that the PBG method, as an understandable and unity modeling method, is quite effective and practicable and can be used widely in the field of physiological system simulation.

建立一种心血管循环系统的计算机仿真模型,即描述心血管循环系统内血流动力学变量变化规律的状态方程。该仿真模型可用于生理医学研究及医学辅助教学。文中提出的功率键合图建模方法能够较好地完成对人体循环系统建立仿真模型的工作,并对一个简化的循环系统生理模型进行了计算机仿真研究。仿真结果表明,功率键合图建模方法在生理医学的系统仿真中具有良好的可行性和有效性,作为一种易于理解和统一的建模方法在生理系统仿真领域有着广阔的应用前景。
