In this study,the EaRFC test was used to observe the activating effect of TF-S on the E receptor of human T lymphocyte which had been previously treated with trypsin. And a comparison was made among the activating effects of TF-S,the human spleen transfer factor (TF-H) and the pig spleen transfer factor (TF-P).
