The first term plays a main part in the submerged exhaust noise, not only governs thc amplitude of the line spectrum in the low frequency region but also affects the initial state of bubble flow left out the submerged exhaust exit and the noisc spctrum amplitude in the middle and the high frequency region. One of the effictive measures to reduce the submerged exhaust noise of the diesel engine is to attenuate the exhaust pulsaticn in duct.

采用一台小型多缸柴油机在水池中进行了水下排气噪声的实验研究,观察管口排气流出状态,比较稳定排气与脉动排气,以及排气系统中有、无消声器时,水下排气噪声在各频域的谱特征与规律。结果表明,水下排气噪声是由管内脉动经管口向水中辐射噪声、形成气泡、上浮和破碎噪声及水面飞溅噪声组成。在水下排气噪声中,管内脉动经管口向水中辐射起着重要作用,它不仅控制着低频线谱的幅值,而且影响气泡流离开管口时的初始状态和中、高频的水噪声。降低水下排气噪声的有效途径之一是衰减管内的排气脉动。

In this paper,some functions of the exhaust cooled mufflers of exhaust-gas turbocharging diesel engines of Germany's MTU396SB83 and MTU396SE84 are analyzed. In the opinion of the author, this device is used for attenuating the exhaust noise transmitted in air, decreasing the exhaust-gas temperature and isolating heat emission to engine room, specially attenuating the submerged exhaust noise transmited in water under snorkeling condition of the conventional submarine, improving the starting property of the exhaust-gas turbocharging engines under higher back-pressure condition and reinforcing the revolving steady degree under variable back-pressure condition. Some other functions of the exhaust cooled muffler are also analyzed in the paper. This analysis is of importance to development of the diesel engine technique and the exhaust-gas turbo-charging technique used in our conventional submarme.

本文分析了德国MTU396SB83和MTU396SE84两型潜用废气涡轮增压柴油机的排气冷却消声器的功用。作者认为,该排气冷却消声器的功用不仅仅是削减排气(空气)噪声,降低废气温度和减少废气向舱室内部的传热,更重要的是为了减少常规潜艇通气管状态柴油机水下排气所激起的水噪声和为了改善废气涡轮增压柴油机通气管状态高背压时的启动性能和变背压时的工作稳定性。文中还分析了该排气冷却消声器的其它一些功用。这些分析对发展我国潜用柴油机技术及常规潜艇采用废气涡轮增压技术有一定的指导意义。
