By choosing the favorable flux compositions and using a new separation method-the crucible which was buttoned up by another crucible being tumed over at high temperature,large YBCO(123 phase)single crystals with high quality and sizes of 3×5×0.8mm3 were successfully grown in alumina crucible.The transition temperature of the as-grown crystals was 84K,and after a post-growth oxygen anneal at 500℃it was increased 91K.

The sliding observer is employed for the state estimation. Based on the idea of linearizing the system peicewisely, a new method of designing the sliding observer for nonlinear systems is proposed in the paper. The algorithm for estimating states of the PMSM is presented, which is simple in structure and easy to be implemented...

The digital simulations and experimental tests are carried out to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.

The calculation of complex functions is an important problem in the design of full-digital servo drives. Based on Chebyshev multinomial, a new algorithm is proposed to process complex functions in this paper. Its benefit is shown in comparison with the method of Taylor series. And its validity is verified in its application in a sensorless control system of PMSM.

复杂函数的计算是高性能全数字化伺服电机控制系统设计中需要考虑的重要问题之一。本文从DSP系统的特点出发,以切比雪夫多项式为基础,提出了一种简便、快速、精确计算复杂函数的方法。在与泰勒展开方法的对比中,显示了该方法的优越性。通过在永磁同步电机无机械传感器控制系统的应用,验证了该方法的可行性。
