In this paper, the contrast photography of Fokienia-hodginsii, Mas-son pine, Chinese fir and Japanese cedar seeds have been made. In this paper, the contrast photography of Fokienia-hodginsii, Mas-son pine, Chinese fir and Japanese cedar seeds have been made. The differentiating classes were formulated on the basis of the result of the study of the image character of contrast drug's permeation amount, embryo and endosperm on the x-ray film in comparison with the fixed position germination.Fokienia-hodginsii, Masson pine, Chinese fir and Japanese cedar were respectively determined as 10, 9, 11 and 10 classes, and the various classes quantity and loc-ality of every tree species were differentiated out . The germinative ability classes were determined by applying statistical analysis,with the result showing that the tree seeds of classes Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ had germinative ability. In the end, the rectification models were established through regressive analysis . And the accuracy germination rate of various tree seeds could then be figured out by applying these models.

本文应用软X—射线衬比造影对建柏、马尾松、杉木和柳杉种子进行发芽率测定,根据衬比剂渗透量、胚和胚乳等在X光胶片上的成像特征和定位发芽(对照)的比较研究结果制定判别等级。建柏种子分为10级,马尾松9级,杉木11级,柳杉10级。并按上述分级标准判读出每个树种不同产地种子各等级粒数,用统计分析方法确定判别有无发芽能力等级。结果表明Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ级为有发芽能力,Ⅳ,级以后为无发芽能力。再经回归分析,建立校正模型,计算出准确的发芽率。

A series of hydrologic factors of the vegetation cover in jiulong hill wete researched.The results showed that the functions of the shurb cover in water and soil conservation on the site with poor precipitation and arid soil are as good as those of forest canopy in resect of rainfall interception rate, soil infiltration rate and the amount of litter holding water. Some advices for constructing forests for water and soil conservation in this area were proposed.

通过对北京九龙山植被的一系列水文因子研究表明,在试区降雨稀少、土壤干旱瘠薄的立地条件下,良好的灌木植被同样具有良好的水源涵养作用,其林冠截持率、林下土壤渗透量以及枯落物持水量都不比本区乔木差,并提出了在本区营造水源涵养林应注意的问题。

本文应用射线衬比造影法对柳杉等4个树种种子进行活力测定,研究出衬比造影的配套技术.根据衬比剂的渗透量.渗透部位,胚与胚乳的成像特征与玻板定位发芽对照,制定出各树种的X光片判读等级:杉木8级、马尾松6级、建柏和柳杉为7级,采用生物统计方法判定活力等级,结果表明各树种种子活力指数用Ⅰ、Ⅱ级累加,并用回归模型来计算种子活力指数,精度较高.
