A simple and sensitive atomic absorbing spectrometric method is developed for the determination of Au in anodic slimes and dilute aquoeus solutions after extraction with 20 vol % 1, 1' -dimethylheptyl sultide iv sulfonating kerosene at acidity of 0.1 mol/LHCl. Au in the organic phase can be directly determined by spraying, the recovery ratio of Au in syathetic samples is in 100—101%. The standard deviation and coefficient of varfiation are 2.38×10~2 μg/ml and 6.5% respectively. Beer' a law is obeyed for 0—25μgAu/25ml....

The results of comparative test of the method ware satisfactory.

本文研究了二甲庚基硫醚-磺化煤油萃取原子吸收光谱法测定金的条件。在0.1mol/L的盐酸介质中,以20%的二甲庚基硫醚-磺化煤油萃取富集,有机相直接喷雾测定金。用于合成试样中金的测定,回收率为100—101%,标准偏差为2.38×10~2μg/ml,变动系数为6.5%。测定25ml水相中15μg金时,200mg Fe,36mg Cu,25mg Ni,50mg Mg,2.5mg Pt,150μgPd不干扰。方法简便、灵敏,结果准确。适用于阳极泥或稀溶液中微量金的测定。

A new method for the determination of lead with a liquid liquid flow extraction system associated with a newly designed phase separator was proposed.Experimental conditions and manifold parameters were investigated in detail.The detection limit was 2.8ng/mL (k=3),and the precision was 2.5% ( n =11).The sample throughput for lead was 45/h.The method was applied to the determination of lead in bee chrysalis and rice with satisfactory results.

本文利用所设计的一种新型流动注射液-液萃取重力分相器,建立了流动注射溶剂萃取原子吸收光谱法测定铅的新方法。详细地研究了流动注射在线萃取的实验条件及流路系统。方法的精密度和检出限分别为2.5%(n=11)和2.8μg/L(k=3)。用拟定的方法测定了峰蛹、粮食等生物样品中的铅,结果与参考值相吻合。
