本文用高容量纤维测试系统(HVI-900),以多元线性回归,逐步回归和灰色模型等分析方法,研究了棉纤维的HVI 测试指标与成纱品质指标间的数学表达式。分析计算表明:对环锭纱,用HVI 纤维性能指标预测其成纱品质指标有78%的正确性;影响成纱品质指标最大的因素是纤维长度,其次是长度均匀度、细度、强度、黄度等。本文所建立的数学关系式能较好地预测出由同一纺纱设备,纺制相同纱支的成纱品质指标。
