目的观察神农丸对小白鼠胃粘膜损伤后有无止痛、保护作用以及对大白鼠胃液分泌有无调节作用。方法以醋酸致疼痛、乙醇致胃粘膜损伤两种小鼠模型和乙醇、去氧胆酸钠致慢性胃炎大鼠模型为实验对象,以小鼠扭体次数、溃疡指数、大鼠胃液游离酸度、胃蛋白酶活力、血活胃泌素量为指标,全面考察神农丸对胃粘膜损伤的保护作用和对胃液分泌的调节作用。结果神农丸能明显减少醋酸致疼痛模型小鼠的扭体次数,降低乙醇胃炎模型小鼠的溃疡指数,降低实验性慢性胃炎模型大鼠胃液中游离酸度,升高胃蛋白酶活力。结论神农丸对小白鼠胃粘膜损伤有止痛和保护作用,对大白鼠实验性慢性胃炎胃液分泌有调节作用。

Objective:To study the effect of different form forage on recovery of gastric mucosa and histological structure.Methods:To analyse gastric juice,pH of gastric acid,ulcerative areas,pH of gastric mucosa surface,total length of cryptae,cell quanta of surface epithelium and parietal in chronic gastritis model rat.Results:The gastric juice in rat by feeding dry forage and fluid forage was not discrepant(P > 0.05).But in rat by feeding dry forage,pH of gastric juice and gastric mucosa surface significantly heightened,acor depressed(P < 0.05,P > 0.01),ulcerative area lessened as compared with fluid forage group(P > 0.05).For gastric histological structure,total length of cryptae,cell quanta of surface epithelium and parietal multiplication increased in rat by feeding dry forage as compared with fluid forage group.Conclusion:Dry forage relieves irritant action on attack factor for gastric mucosa,inhibits inflamed growth and facilitates for recovery and defense function of gastric mucosal barrier.

目的:观察不同形态饲料对慢性胃炎模型大鼠胃黏膜修复及胃组织结构的影响。方法:以胃液量、胃酸pH值、溃疡面积、胃黏膜表面pH值、腺管总长度、表面上皮长度、壁细胞计数等为指标评价。结果:干饲料组和流质饲料组的胃液量无明显差异(P>0.05),干饲料组胃液pH值、胃黏膜表面pH值却显著增高、酸性降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),溃疡面积也显著减小(P<0.01);干饲料组腺管总长度、表面上皮长度均增长、壁细胞计数增多(P<0.01)。结论:干饲料减轻了攻击因子对胃黏膜的刺激作用,抑制了炎症发展,有利于胃黏膜屏障修复和防御功能。
