45 patients of coronary disease were examined with CT. The extent and morphology of coronary calcification, if present, were described. Coronary angiographies were also done in all of them. Results of the two diagnostic measures were in completes accordance in 36 (80%) cases, near accordance in 2 (4.4%) and not in accordance in 7 (15.6%). The conformation rate of 84.4% warrants the proposition of CT as useful atraumatic measure in the diagnosis of coronary disease.

Objective To evaluate sixteen-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (CHD).Materials and Methods Both plain and enhanced sixteen-slice spiral CT scanning was performed in 230 cases with suspected CHD. Calcium scoring was estimated with plain scans, while 2D and 3D reconstruction were done with enhanced scans. Forty cases underwent additional conventional angiography, which was used as control group. The conventional angiography was used as the gold standard. The sensitivity and specificity of sixteen-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in diagnosing all kinds of coronary stenosis were calculated.Results The sensitivity and specificity of sixteen-slice spiral CT coronary angiography was respectively 95.2% and 90.2% in diagnosing mild coronary stenosis, and was 100% and 97.3% in diagnosing moderate coronary stenosis. Conclusion The sixteen-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is an effective, noninvasive and simple imaging technique with high image quality. It should be used as a reliable exam of CHD in clinical practice.

目的 探讨 16层螺旋CT用于诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病 (冠心病 )的价值。资料与方法 对 2 30例临床可疑冠心病患者进行 16层螺旋CT心电门控平扫及增强扫描。用平扫图像行钙化积分测定 ,用增强图像行二维及三维重建 ,其中 4 0例患者有常规冠状动脉造影作对照。以常规造影为“金标准” ,得出 16层螺旋CT冠状动脉CT血管造影 (CTA)诊断各类冠状动脉狭窄的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果  16层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA用于诊断冠状动脉轻度狭窄的敏感性为 95 .2 % ,特异性为 90 .2 % ;诊断中度以上狭窄的敏感性为 10 0 % ,特异性为97.3%。结论  16层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA是一种无创、简便、优良的冠状动脉成像方法 ,高质量的CTA图像可作为一种诊断冠心病的可靠手段用于临床。
