This paper describes a tecnnique that is interactive computer aided measurement and detection for grinding process of long slim rollers(especially for lenth: diameter≥20-24) without steady support. The perimental results show that the technique will replace traditional grinding method and measurement, eliminate mistakes, satisfy demand for workpiece accuracy, use manpower and material sparingly. And it provid a new means for grind long slim rollers.

本文描述了一种用微机辅助检测、无中心架支承的状态下细长轴(特别是长度;直径≥20~24)磨削工艺过程的技术。试验结果证明:用这种技术代替传统的磨削与检测,消除了人为误差,保证了工件精度,节省了人力和原材材,为细长轴类零件的磨削提供了新的手段。

The paper introduced a grinding process prediction software system, which was developed by the authors. After the actual grinding parameters were input, the grinding process (phenomena) and the ground surface finish would be predicted and estimated. The prediction system has great actual values such as optimization of grinding process, intellectual control, improvement of efficiency and decrease of machining cost. The prediction results were in conformity with the experimental results.

本文介绍了作者所研究开发并编写的一个用于对磨削工艺过程进行预报的软件系统 ,利用这个系统输入实际的磨削参数 ,能对磨削过程 (现象 )及磨削加工质量进行预报和估计 ,该预报系统对优化磨削工艺过程、实现智能控制、提高加工效率、降低加工成本等方面具有极大的实用价值。预报结果与实验结果具有良好的一致性。
