The biggest obstruction in realizing fully mechanization of longwalling in Datong Coal Mine Administration is the problem of hard sandstone and conglo- merate roof, which are very difficult to cave. It was decided to inject water into the roof in order to make it easy to cave. In 1982 the first experiment took place in No. 8305 coal face, Yangquan Coal Mine. After about a year of mining the total advance of coal face reached 585m and total coal output 268011 tons. After injection of pressurized water the conglomerate roof can be caved layering and periodically, height of the caved roof equals 18.5-16 times of the mined thickness. The caved rock nearly filled the goaf thus eliminating the hazard of caving in large area. In this period initial and 16 times of periodical weighting appeared without accidents. The supporting part of power support did not fail. Improve- ment in injection method, selection of techno- logical data and monitoring measures have been obtained. Positive results are gained. Experience has been accumulated in the field of fully mechanized longwalling for conglomerate roof in Datong coal field.

为更好地总结十年来综合机械化采煤的经验,作为今后发展综合机械化采煤的借鉴,从本期起开展“综采专题讨论”,讨论的主要内容为: 一、如何解除阻碍综采发展的问题(主要是从开采工艺及开采技术上,包括适应综采需要的巷道布置及顺槽断面、扩大综采设备的使用范围、综采面的矿压显现特点及架型、高沼气综采面的通风瓦斯管理、综采面的搬家倒面及综采矿井中综采、普采、炮采比例等)。二、怎样充分发挥综采设备的技术经济效益(包括对国产综采设备的使用效果和经济效益的剖析、提高引进综采设备的经济效益等)。希望广大读者结合本单位实际踊跃投稿参加讨论。本期发表的“砂岩砾岩顶板下综采面的注水放顶”和“坚硬顶板注水方法及其效果”两篇文章就是针对大同矿区开采技术上的难题而采取的措施。

This thesis analyses the law and reason of working face coal-and-gas outburst, in Datonggou Mine and puts forward the preventive measures. The result of the experiment has shown that the measures taken are not only effective in preventing outburst, but can lower absolute outflow of gas of working face and improvethe status of ventilation and gas management as well.

本文分析了大通沟矿回采工作面煤与瓦斯突出的规律和原因,提出了预防措施。试验结果表明,所采取的措施不仅对防止突出取得良好防突效果,而且使回采工作面绝对瓦斯涌出量降低,改善了通风瓦斯管理.

This paper analyzed the gealogic ventilation and gas emission data from geologic ex-ploration,mining process and coal mine development.under the specific conditions of Wijiadi coal mine with thick seams of low permeability,the research resulted that fracturing structures not only control gas emission but also are the main factors inducing coal and gas outbursts.The safty mining can be obtained,if the Coal Mine Safty Regulations are carried out strickly,gas drainage and outbursts prediction are enhanced.

根据地质勘探、矿井生产与建设不同时期的地质、通风、瓦斯资料进行分析研究认为:在赋存有特厚、低透气性顶底板煤层的魏家地矿井内,断裂构造不但控制着矿井瓦斯涌出,而且是诱发煤与瓦斯突出的主导因素,只要严格按照《煤矿安全规程》的规定,坚持从矿井实际出发,加强瓦斯抽放和预测预报,就能达到实现安全生产的目的。
