The experimental results of glass passivation indicates that No. 1 lead-silicate glass enables devices to obtain a reverse interception voltage of 1800V under "the normal temperature and No.4 zinc oxide-borosilicate glass containing a few of lead oxide enables devices to obtain stable interception performance of higher temperature up to 150℃. The prelizninary study of electrophoretic coating method is also presented.

The activities of phosphatases in the red earth in tea field from 6 provinces and the correlations between the activities and the phosphate contents in the soil samples and tea yields were investigated. Results showed that the activities of acid phosphatase (ACP) and neutral phosphatase (NEP) were intenser than that of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and the activities of phosphatases were weakened with the depth of soil layer and the horizontal distance of soil away from tea root collar. The activities of phosphatases in the red earth in tea field from 6 provinces and the correlations between the activities and the phosphate contents in the soil samples and tea yields were investigated. Results showed that the activities of acid phosphatase (ACP) and neutral phosphatase (NEP) were intenser than that of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and the activities of phosphatases were weakened with the depth of soil layer and the horizontal distance of soil away from tea root collar. The results also showed the activities of ACP and NEP were more positively significant or significantly correlated with contents of total P, Bray-I P, AlP, Fe-P, Ca-P and tea yields, and could therefore be used as an important index to evaluate the available degree of phosphate and productivity of tea soil. Phosphatases played an obvious role in enzyme-catalying hydrolysis of organic phosphate and the increase of tea available phosphate contents. Applications of organic fertilizer could increase the activities of phosphatases. However, excessive applications of chemical fertilizer would result in the decrease of the activities. So, application of organic fertilizer combined with suitable amounts of chemical fertilizer was an effective way for increasing the activities of phosphatases in the red earth in tea field.

本文对我国6个省的红壤茶园土壤磷酸酶活性与土壤磷素含量及茶叶产量等因素的关系进行了研究。结果表明,红壤茶园土的磷酸酶以酸性和中性磷酸酶活性较强,碱性磷酸酶活性较弱;磷酸酶在土体中的垂直和水平分布规律,表现为土层越深、离根系越远,酶活性越弱。酸性和中性磷酸酶活性与土壤全磷、Bray-I法的磷,A1-P、Fe-P、Ca-P和茶叶产量都有显著或极显著的正相关关系,因而可以作为衡量土壤供磷能力和土壤生产能力的重要参考指标之一。磷酸酶对有机磷的酶促水解、提高茶树可吸收态磷的含量具有明显的作用。研究还表明,施用有机肥可提高茶园土壤的磷酸酶活力,偏施化肥则会破坏土壤的物理性质,从而导致磷酸酶活性降低,而在施用有机肥基础上配施适量的化肥,则是提高茶园土壤磷酸酶活性的重要途径。

They were delipidated by extraction with 20 vol acetone-ethanol(1:1),and dissolved with 8 mol/L urea in Tris-buffer.This material was undergone preparative SDS polyacrytamide gel electrophoresis and the protein bands were visualized by placing gels into 4 mol/L sodium acetate.Regions of the gels containing Apo A-I were cut from the gels and pooled.Apo A-I was eluted from the gels with SDS- Tris buffer.The antisera against ApoA-I was produced by immunizing sheep.The determination of serum Apo A-I,B by rocket immunoelectrophoresis.The serum levels of Apo A-I and Apo B in healthy controls(477 males and 692 females),patients with coronary heart disease(31 cases)were 1.30±0.16g/L,0.89±0.13g/L and 1.10±0.16g/L,1.14±0.20g/L respectively.The Apo A-I levels in the former groups were significantly higher than those of the latter one,whereasc the Apo B levels in the former groups were significantly higher than those of the latter one,whereas the ApoB levels are opposite.The ratios of Apo A-I/ApoB in healthy controls and patients of coronary heart dis- ease were 1.50±0.27 and 0.96±0.11 respectively,the ratios are lower in coronary heart disease than in healthy controls.The above data suggested that the ratios ADO A-I/ApoB be helpful to the di- agnosis and differential diagnosis of coronary heart disease.

本文介绍以肝素-柠檬酸液沉淀法提取纯化人血清载脂蛋自 A-I(ApoA-I)法,方法简便易行,同时免疫得到高效价羊抗人 ApoA-I 单价抗血清。测定了1169名健康人和31例冠心病患者血清 ApoA-I 和 ApoB 的含量,并计算 Apok-I/ApoB 比值。对血清 ApoA-I、B 及其比值变动的临床意义进行了讨论。
