In this paper a new structure of steel sheet-reinforced concrete under internal water pressure is presented. This paper deals with the law of internal water pressure transport and the stress state of the structure stated above.Some problems of stress analysis of steel sheet-reinforced concrete structure under internal water pressure are discussed.In the end of this paper, the way of the investigation for the amelioration of structure stress under internal water pressure is suggested by the author.

本文介绍了水电站压力管道和水轮机蜗壳的一种新型结构——钢衬与钢筋混凝土联合承载结构,论述了联合承载的概念和研究其应力状态的光弹性模型设计方法,扼要介绍了一系列主要的研究成果。文中阐明了联合承载结构中内水压力的传递规律和钢衬与钢筋混凝土的应力分布;对联合承载结构中有关应力状态的若干问题进行了分析和讨论。最后,提出了改善联合承载结构应力状态的研究途径。

A theoretical method for determining a rational control mode of load-rejection transient process for Kaplan turbine is given in this paper. Field-tests on the Kaplan turbine installed in a power plant has shown that with this present control mode the dynamic characteristics in a load-rejection process of Kaplan turbine can be improved considerably and both the pressure rise in the turbine case and the speed rise of the turbine generating set can be reduced to a large extent. 本文提出了轴流转桨式水轮机装置甩负荷过渡过程的一种合理控制理论与方式,经装有轴流转桨式水轮机的水电站现场试验证实,采用这一控制方式可以显著改善轴流转桨式水轮机装置甩负荷过渡过程的动态品质;大幅度降低水轮机蜗壳水压上升值与机组转数上升值;从而给水电建设带来重大的经济效益。

在制造大型水轮机蜗壳时应使用高强度钢板。在选用钢板时除考虑强度外,还应考虑其气割、冷弯焊接性能、低温韧性、无塑性转变温度及抗层状撕裂等综合性能。本文介绍了在龙羊峡水轮机蜗壳及座环上使用50kgf/mm~2级低冷裂敏感性调质钢板的情况。
