At the same time,15 males unexposed to fluoride were used as a negative control group, group C.The results revealed that before taking the medicine, the activities of AKP,GSHPX in peripheral blood and the concentrations of F,BF-4 in urine in group A and B were higher than those in group C, with the exception of SOD. After taking the medicine,in group A the activity of AKP and the concentration of F- in urine decreased except GSH-PX,while the activity of SOD and the concentration of BF4- in urine increased significantly. However,all varieties in group B and C varied not significantly. The results proved the preventive anti-damage effect of 'Kangfuling'on fluoride.

选择氟暴露工龄5年以上的男性工人40名,随机分为A、B两组,每组20人,A组为服药组,B组为非服药组;另选非氟暴露工人15名为阴性对照组(C组),观察“抗氟灵”抗氟损伤效果。结果表明,氟暴露工人外周血AKP、GSH-PX活性、尿F-、BF4-含量明显高于非氟暴露组工人,而血清SOD活性则相反。服药后,A组以上各指标除GSH-PX变化不显著外,其它指标均有显著性改变,其中血清AKP活性和尿F-含量降低,且明显低于B组;血清SOD活性和尿BF4-含量显著升高,且明显高于B组。揭示“抗氟灵”对氟损伤的拮抗有一定效果。

80名连续氟暴露5年以上的工人,按班组分为A、B两组;同样以非氟暴露工人20名为C组。A组42人口服拮氟锐复方剂,B组38人未服药,均不脱离生产岗位,进行为期一个月的现场试验观察。结果表明,与未服药对照组比较,服药组工人尿中氟及氟硼酸根含量及排出量明显增高,血清碱性磷酸酶活性下降,血清Zn、Cu含量增加,血红细胞免疫粘附能力明显增强。提示拮氟锐有较明显的预防氟损伤效应。
