Enthert communication mode is used between substation control terminal and the FTU on main branch of feeder. And the shield double line is used between FTU or TTU on main feeder branch and sub branch. And RS-485 is used between TTU and central WART recorder.

针对配网自动化系统各层次的不同功能、不同工作任务,分析研究了配网控制中心-远程配网控制分中心、配网控制中心-站控终端、站控终端-配网终端的通信系统结构。提出了配网控制中心-远程配网控制分中心的通信采用SDH2M+路由器或光纤收发器;配网控制中心-站控终端采用SDH2M+路由器或SDH64K通信方式;站控终端和馈线主干线上的FTU通信采用光纤以太网通信方式;馈线主干线FTU和馈线支路上的FTU、TTU通信采用屏蔽双绞线的专线通信方式;TTU和集抄器通信采用485总线方式通信。提出的配电自动化系统通信系统具有很强的实时性、可靠性和很好的性能价格比。

This paper introduces the actualities of EMS?DMS and the control center of Jiangsu Nanjing Power Supply Company.Four different ways of communication among EMS,DMS and the control center are brought forward in this paper.The first one is that RTU directly sends message to correlative host sites.The second one is TASE.2 protocol based computer communication.And the third one is the transmitting mode of common remote protocol.The last one is network protocol.These four methods are compared and the network protocol is finally adopted.At last it analyzes the advantage of network protocols,and represents the implementing process of this mode in Nanjing power supply system.

介绍了江苏南京供电公司能量管理系统(EMS)、调度管理系统(DMS)和控制中心的现状,针对南京调度系统的现状提出了4种EMS、DMS与控制中心站的通信方式:由变电站远程测控终端(RTU)直接送往相关的主站系统;TASE.2协议的计算机通信;常规远动规约转发方式;网络规约通信方式。通过对几种方式的比较,决定采取网络规约通信方式,并分析了该方式的优点,阐述了该方式在南京供电系统的实施步骤。
