The benefits of the technology have also been demonstrated being the increase of reduction of area, elongation, impact toughness, the improvement of macro structure and the decrease of defects revealed by NDT as well. A lot of grades of steel in high quality can be made with this refining furnace. It is still necessary for the refining technology to develop and perfect a step further.

本文简介100tASEA—SKF钢包精炼炉的设备装置、精炼工艺、真空脱气的效果及锻件的质量.在正常操作条件下,经真空脱气的钢水中氢的含量可达2ppm,氧含量可达30ppm.钢水的脱氢率可达60~80%,脱硫率可达50%左右.锻件中的氧化物与硫化物的高倍显微评级较低,电解的稳定夹杂物评级也较低.锻件钢的冲击值,断面收缩率和延伸率有较明显地升高,低倍评级有所改善,超声波探伤缺陷有所减少.此种钢包精炼炉冶炼的钢种较为广泛,钢的纯净度较高,质量较好,但其设备装置比较复杂,尚需对精炼的技术工艺进行进一步的研究和完善.

On the basis of simulative tests,some heats with 6t capacity have been performed on a pro-ductive scale.The results show that gas dilution steelmaking process with argon bottom bubblingand oxygen top blowing is feasible.During the blowing process for low-carbon cast stainless steel(ZG0Cr13Ni6Mo) by using 100% return scrap,both main technological parameters such as melttemperature,argon flow rate,oxygen flow rate and blowing depth etc.and percentages of variouselements with the exception of element Mn have a good controllability at all.The chromium yieldamounts to 87.3~95.5% during the blowing.The quality examination shows that the cleanliness ofthe steel is ideal,and its mechanical properties are better than that of specifications.In compar-ison with conventional EF process,the total melting timeland the EF period are shortened by about40% and 50%,respectively.Finally,the cost of molten steel,including raw materials and consu-mption only,is reduced by 62~77%.

Ar-O_2复合吹炼法,是根据气体稀释脱碳原理提出的不锈钢炉外精炼法。理论研究的结果表明,它具有与AOD法相似的热力学和动力学条件。在模拟试验的基础上,进行了容量为6t的生产性试验。结果表明,底吹氩、顶吹氧的气体稀释炼钢法,在实际生产中是可行的。在以100%返回废钢为原料的ZG0Cr13Ni6Mo低碳不锈铸钢的冶炼过程中,钢液温度、氩气流量、氧气流量、吹入深度等主要工艺参数,以及除Mn以外的各元素的成分,均具有良好的可控性,整个吹炼过程中的铬的回收率在87.3~95.5之间。质量检查的结果表明,钢的纯净度良好,各项机械性能超过标准值。与常规电炉法冶炼过程相比较,总的冶炼时间缩短了约40%,其中占用电炉时间缩短了约50%。钢水成本(仅计材料消耗费用)降低了62~77%。
