What" has been done in the past was to derive the linearized equations of the hydroturbine torque and flow rate with the model-test curves, i.e. the external characteristics. With this paper, a description method is developed in reference to the mathematical model of controlled system with the internal characteristics, i.e. the analytical expressions by means of the hydroturbine basic equations considering various dynamic factors. Applying to various types of hydroturines installed in the isolated system, this model doesn't need site-test data to analyze the dynamics of the control system, and able to make the optimal setting of the governor parameters by the simulation technique as given the optimum performance index. In addition, the mathematical model described by the state equations is further discussed.

建立受控对象的动态数学模型是研究水轮机控制系统特性的基础工作。以往此项工作是根据水轮机外特性(即模型试验特性)曲线建立水轮机的力矩和流量线性方程。本文提出了水轮机内特性描述法,即利用水轮机基本方程导出计入各项动态因素的解析表达式。建立的受控对象的数学模型适用于水电厂孤立运行时不需现场试验进行动力学分析;当给定最优准则依据仿真技术也可进行最优参数整定。

Furthermore, an approach to diagnose and analysize the faults of the system using Bidirectional Associative Memory (BAM) is discussed, a Hopfield network model is established and realized by hardware of a 4 bit A / D converter based on neural network. At last, the method of fault diagnosis for WTCS is proposed on the basis of neural network realized by hardware and software of microcomputer.

本文首先简述了水轮机控制系统故障诊断的要求,然后针对一个故障诊断实例,提出了基于神经网络的水轮机控制系统。及故障诊断方法,建立了故障样本与处理对策样本,运用双向联想记忆算法进行了诊断分析,给出了相应的Hopfield网络模型,并用A/D变换器电路对此进行了硬件实现,最后给出了基于微机利用神经网络对水轮机控制系统进行故障诊断的硬软件实现方案。
