This Paper study the morphology, Ultrastructure and variation of pollen of Pinus massoniana. The result snows:

本文以自然分布区内马尾松花粉为试材,对花粉的形态及其变异进行了研究。结果表明马尾松花粉有两个气囊,气囊外壁为不规则的网状纹饰。花粉全长、体长、体高、气囊宽、气囊高、气囊壁厚及帽壁缘宽之间存在一定的比例关系。各地马尾松花粉形态变异极显著。

In order to go further into effect of pine pollen in maintaining normal function of physiology and biochemistry, promoting metabolism, increasing energy and preventing decrepitude, the author made tired-resistand experiment of pine pollen and its extraction with mouses. The result indicated that pine pollen and its extraction can increase greatly sport endurance of mouses.

通过近年来作者对马尾松花粉及其提取液的分析研究,证明松花粉及其提取液的营养价值不仅可和蜂采花粉媲美,特别是松花粉的微量元素与维生素的含量都远远超过蜂采花粉。为进一步探讨松花粉对于维持正常生理生化功能,促进代谢,增长能量,防止衰老等作用,作者用小鼠进行了松花粉及其提取液的抗疲劳试验,结果表明,松花粉及其提取液可大大提高小鼠的运动耐力。

The result shows: 15 elements are measured in P. massoniana Lamb, pollen, such as N, P, K, Zn, Fe, etc. Parts of the elements are related; there are some rates among them and the quantity of each provenance element is different. The pollen tube has many types and the length of pollen tube is related to the germination...

This paper, taking provenances P. massoniana Lamb, pollen as test materil, has studied several physiological traits of P. massoniana Lamb, pollen, such as neurion elements, germination and FOD. The result shows: 15 elements are measured in P. massoniana Lamb, pollen, such as N, P, K, Zn, Fe, etc. Parts of the elements are related; there are some rates among them and the quantity of each provenance element is different. The pollen tube has many types and the length of pollen tube is related to the germination time as linear and to the sucros concentration as cubic parabola. The growth of pollen is the best one in culture medium with 5% sucros concentration. The isozyme pattern of peroxdase (POD) of pollen has A and B regions. Many of the bands appear in B region. There are some types in the pollen's isozyme of POD. The bands and its relatively activity can be considered as a physiological index of the activity of pollen. In generally, the variation of neurion elements, germination and POD in P. massoniana Lamb, pollen are not geographic ones.

本文以不同地理种源马尾松花粉为试验材料,进行了花粉营养元素、花粉萌发状况、花粉过氧化物酶同工酶及其性状变异的研究。结果表明,马尾松花粉含有N,P,K,Zn等15种营养元素。各地马尾松花粉营养元素含量存在差异,其中部分元素之间存在一定的比例关系。马尾松花粉管有着不同的类型。花粉管生长长度与置床时间呈线性关系,与蔗糖浓度呈三次抛物线关系。花粉多在5%蔗糖浓度的培养基上生长最好。马尾松花粉过氧化物酶同工酶分为A,B两区。酶带多分布在B区且活性强。其酶谱存在着不同谱型。花粉POD的酶带数目及相对活性可以做为其活力的一个生理指标。马尾松花粉营养元素含量、萌发特性及过氧化物酶同工酶绝大部分性状都没有地理变异规律。
