The determination of target trajectory is one of the important problems of the defence system.This paper discusses target trajectory and derives orbital element method, which can determine quickly trajectory of the targets that come from the outside of the atmosphere, the radar data with measurement noise are processed by means of Kalman filter and a satisfactory result is obtained.

The absolute stability of nonlinear control systems with m-dimensional feedback is studied and the following results are obtained:1. The principal theorem, which is the well-known Kalman-Yacubovith Lemma when m = 1.2. Theorem 1 to Theorem 4, which are the frequency criteria for absolute stability and Theorem 1 is the famous Popov Theorem when m=1.3. Theorem 5, which shows that the condition 1° of Theorem 1 is the necessary condition for Lyapunov function of the system (2).
