In this paper the computation method of elastohydrodynamic lubricantfilm thickness of cam-tappet pairs of internal combustion engines under ??unsteady load conditions is discussed.On the basis of Holland's method,a modified equation for the computation of film thickness variation isproposed. With the aid of a computer,the lubricant film thickness under bothsteady and unsteady load conditions as well as their relevant parameters arecomputed and discussed in detail.Finally,the relevant conclusions aregiven.

本文根据弹性流体动力润滑(简称弹流润滑或EHL)理论对凸轮-挺柱副之间的不稳定状态承载弹性流体动力润滑(简称动态弹流润滑或动态EHL)油膜厚度的计算方法及计算公式进行了研究,对Holland的计算公式作了改进,并用电子计算机对凸轮-挺柱副之间的稳定状态(简称稳态)和不稳定状态承载EHL油膜厚度及其他参数进行了计算,对其润滑性能作了分析,得出了有关结论。

本文根据弹性流体动力润滑(简称弹流润滑或EHL)理论,考虑了动态承载状态下挤压效应的影响,用电子计算机对十堰第二汽车制造厂EQ6100汽油机等的四套六种型线的凸轮-挺柱副的动态弹流润滑油膜厚度和其它润滑参数,进行了计算,对其润滑性能作了详细地分析,比较和预测,得出了有关结论。
