This paper gives a brief account on the development of the modernized hump speed control system of railways in China, with emphasis laid upon the theoretical summarization on the problems encountered in the research, design and operation of the hybrid speed control system employing target shooting clasp retarder and continuous control hydraulic retarder unit. This paper gives a brief account on the development of the modernized hump speed control system of railways in China, with emphasis laid upon the theoretical summarization on the problems encountered in the research, design and operation of the hybrid speed control system employing target shooting clasp retarder and continuous control hydraulic retarder unit. The structural characteristics, design principles, adaptability and rationality of the system are analyzed and discussed along with the quantitative simulation checking by electronic computers.Different technical conditions for design and the adaptative range of the system are also put forward, which can be used as design bases. Analysis and discussion show that this system is rational in structure and yields good operating results. It can meet the demands of railway hump operation in China and is suitable for extensive adoption in various kinds of large, medium and small humps.

本文对我国铁路驼峰现代化调速系统的发展作了扼要论述,重点对减速器-减速顶点连式调速系统的研究及运营中的问题进行了总结,分析了系统的特点,论证其适应性和合理性,并进行了定量模拟验算。经分析论证表明,该系统结构合理,运营效果好,能满足我国铁路驼峰作业的运营要求,适合于大、中、小各型驼峰推广采用。

On the basis of System engineering theory, assuming the cut humping operations in a humping yard incorporating target-shooting and continuous regulation system as a stochastic process and using such mathematical measurers as theory of probability and mathematical statistics, the regularities involved in the humping process are discussed in this paper mainly in terms of climates, flow of cars and car humping resistance.

本文基于系统工程理论,将点连式驼峰调车场钩车溜放作业作为一随机过程处理,用概率论和数理统计等数学手段,研究驼峰溜放过程规律,其中主要为气候、车流和车辆溜放阻力等规律。运用数学模型,构成点连式驼峰作业动态仿真系统,自动设计峰高与连挂区纵断面。改变了过去静态计算的传统方法。

We investigated,analyzed and researched original and changed situation of wagonsin our country in the past thirty years. Based on plenty proof in this paper we presented thenew types and weights of hard ,medium and easy-rolling cars in the calculation of humpheight ,using total weight 30t unfull-load P_(50) for hard-rolling cars, total weight 70t full-loadC_(50) for medium-rolling cars,and total weight 80t full-load C_(62A) for easy-rolling cars.

对我国铁路驼峰作业车近30年的发展变化进行了调查、统计、分析、论证,重新提出驼峰计算车型及其总重为:难行车采用p_(50)不满载,总重30t;中行车采用C_(50)满载,总重70t;易行车采用C_(62A),满载,总重80t。
