As the senser for the displacement, a Moire fringe device is attached to the moving plate carriage of the satellite tracking camera SBG at Yunnan Observatory. A microcomputer is used to gather and reduce the deta. By means of this method, the timing accuracy of SBG is improved. The principle, design, structure and adjustment of the device are introduced in this paper. Some results are also reported here. When the Moire fringe device was attached.

By applying optical multiplication and electronic subdivision to measuring system for flaunting grating displacement, the system resolution has reached 0.4μm. Compared with measurement of metal linear scale, the limited error of the system is 1.5μm within 300mm. Experiments show that the measuring system has higher accuracy. If the division accuracy of the scale grating can be improved, the resolution can be improbed correspondingly, then the practical accuracy of the system can be further raised.

After introducing the conventional coarse grating with absolute zero in home and abroad, the paper proposes a new type one. It overcomes the disadvantages of conventional coarse grating realized by microswitch, but is realized by encoder on the coarse grating. There is specially designed encoder integrated in SSPD(CG200S), whi oh receives the encoder as a coarse positinon. Combining with the selfscanned start signal "S" and edge trigger pulse of phase modulated signal "Ms", we can get a high precision absolute...

本文在总结国内外粗线纹光栅绝对零位实现方法的基础上,提出了一种新型绝对零位粗光栅的方案。它克服了传统粗光栅采用微动开关作为附加零位标志的缺点,将零位标志直接刻制在粗光栅尺上,采用编码识别的方法,用专用自扫描光电二极管列阵CG200S提取粗定位信号,结合列阵自扫描起始信号S及其调相测量信号MS的边沿触发脉冲,产生高精度绝对零位脉冲。既保证了系统精度,又解决了粗光栅与绝对零位一体化的问题。为进一步研制新型绝对零位粗光栅位移测量系统提供了理论依据和实现途径.
