采用块状工具电极的精密电火花磨削加工法是低刚度轴和微细轴类零件电火花加工的主要方法之一 ,该方法过去采用的是径向进给方式。由于电极损耗的因素 ,使得工件的形状和尺寸的一致性不好 ,且对生产率也有影响。本文采用一种新的块状工具电极的进给方式———切向进给方式 ,利用伺服进给自动补偿电极损耗 ,大大地提高了成批加工工件的一致性和生产率。

Experimental research is done on Electrical Discharge Gringing(EDG) with sheet-electrode for the kind of slender rod with low rigidity in this paper.The results show that EDG is more propitious to improve the productivity,geometry precision and also the surface roughness than WEDG.

对低刚度细长杆类零件采用板状电极进行了电火花磨削加工 (EDG)工艺试验研究。结果表明 ,EDG比WEDG具有更高的生产率 ,更好的几何精度和表面粗糙度。

s:The precision EDM grinding process with block type tool electrode is one of main processes for EDM of shafts with lower rigidity and fine shafts. In the processing, the tool electrode was fed radically before. In this paper, a new tangent feeding method is proposed. The advantages and applying prospects of such feeding method is discussed and a prelimiary proven experiment is carried out.

采用块状工具电极的精密电火花磨削加工法是低刚度轴和微细轴类零件电火花加工的主要方法之一 ,该方法过去采用的是径向进给方式。文章提出一种新的块状工具电极的进给方式———切向进给方式 ,阐述了这种进给方式的优点和应用前景 ,并进行了初步的验证试验。
