A Practical computer-aided on-line measurement & compersation of transmissionchain errors of 5M precision leadscrew grinder is presented in this paper.A 8098 chip microprocessor and digtal phasemeter are used.In this way,the grinding accuracy of leadserew is increased.

本文对5米精密丝杠磨床传动链误差实时测量与补偿控制方法进行了研究.硬件上用8098单片机作为控制器,软件上用数字比相法对传动链误差进行测控,从而提高加工精度.

A new Subdivision principle based on computer clock pulse is presented in this paper. It is adapted for the processing of phase or frequency modulate—typed sensor signal. Here named FM—FD—FM (frequency mixing—frequency doubling—frequency mixing) technology. By means of the new technology, the distinguishability for measurement can be improved 2~3 orders. The corresponding hardware block diagram realising real-time measurement is also given out.

提出了一种基于微机时钟脉冲的新型FM—FD—FM细分原理,用于调制型传感器信号处理,可使传感器测量分辨率较采用直接细分技术时提高2~3个数量级,给出了适于实时测量与补偿的细分硬件实现方案。

Since the popularization of optical grating,stepping motor & IPC computer in the machinery

由于光栅、步进电机以及IPC工业控制机在机械工业尤其是数控领域中普遍采用,研制出集光栅位置检测与步进电机控制两个功能于一体的适用于IPC工控机的接口卡具有实用价值。文章介绍了基于PC总线的接口卡的设计,包括硬件结构体系、组成接口卡的几个功能模块以及误差测量控制系统的软件设计,并给出了应用实例。采用该体系结构,在丝杠磨床上实现了传动误差的测量与补偿,大大减小了丝杠传动误差。
