Load spectra are important basis on which the classification of cranes,the experimental study of fatigue limit of the crane framework, and the evaluation of its life limit are based.Illustrated by example of a certain gantry grab crane,the procedure of a statistical analysis of the stochastic fatigue load on cranes and the procedurefor the compilation of crane load spectra are demonstrated in this article. It is determined in this article that the sample data for the range of variation of the main stress in the main beam on the gantry grab crane are chiefly acquired from two different source distributions:the normal distribution of the principal wave variation range and the Weibull distribution of the secondary wave variation range;besides,values for the“maximum”stress variation range are found in this work when taking into account the occurrence probability which is known,and this is used as a general procedure for evaluating the“maximum”stress level which usually can not be found through statistics. The wholy expanded micro-compuer BASIC data processing program based on a modified“Rainflow Cycle Counting Method”,which forms the basis of the compilation of the load spectra,can be used as reference and a direct procedure for compiling the load spectra of various hoisting mechanisms。

载荷谱是起重机分级、结构疲劳强度试验研究和寿命估算的重要依据。本文以某抓斗桥式起重机为例,阐述了起重机随机疲劳载荷的统计分析方法及载荷谱编制过程。本文判明抓斗桥式起重机主梁应力变程的样本数据来自两个不同的母体分布:主波变程的正态分布和二级波变程的威布尔分布;本文还从发生概率为已知的角度推得了“最大”应力变程的数值,并且作为一般方法来推算通常统计不到的“最高”座力水平。本文介绍的编谱方法及使用的基于“改进雨流计数法”的一整套微型计算机扩展 BASIC 数据处理程序,可作为各种起重机载荷谱编制的参考或被直接使用。

A test method by using metal weights is introduced with practical examples of load test of many heavy gantry cranes used at Gezhou dam. This method is relatively simple and economical. It paves a new way for load test of heavy gantry crane used at hydraulic power stations and proves to be valuable for widespread application.
