The modification coefficient ensurance is the key to design few teeth difference internal gear meshing. On basis of transmission analysis of fewer teeth difference internal gear meshing, two main restriction factors of few teeth difference internal gear meshing are introduced and Newton iteration formula of the modification coefficient that is based on internal gear is cut with cutter and external gear is cut with hob is presented. The Newton iteration formula can satisfy given contact ratio and non-trochoidal interference ratio. The accuracy of the formula is tested and verified with an example and computation result is compared with which derived from that internal gear and external gear are cut with gear hob. The result of Newton iteration formula can ensure standard top gap separation and that meshing angle is slightly smaller.

变位系数的确定是少齿差内啮合传动设计的关键.在对少齿差内啮合传动分析的基础上,介绍了少齿差内啮合传动的两个主要限制条件;推导出内齿轮插齿、外齿轮滚齿加工的满足给定的重合度和齿廓不重迭干涉系数要求的少齿差内啮合变位系数的牛顿迭代公式;用实例验证了选代公式的正确性,并且同内、外齿轮均滚齿加工的计算情况进行了比较.迭代公式的结果保证了标准顶隙,而且得出的啮合角比较小.

The three ring typed planetary reducer with less teeth difference is a kind of new typed transmission of less teeth difference with many advantages. There are already a certain number of researches on the vibration, noise, uniform loading, lubrication, condition of deformation coordination, kinetic analysis and dynamic characteristics etc., yet there still has not been seen the research upon internal meshing modification which plays an important role in the quality of planetary reducers. By the use of CAD method to carry out the research on key problems of three ring typed less teeth difference reducer-the inner and outer gears have to be designed by adopting modified transmission was advanced. And to study a method for carrying out numerical calculation by adopting the powerful functioned mathematical software MATHCAD in the solution of coincidence extent on less teeth differenced internal messing and in iterative computation for equation set of interference coefficient of tooth profile overlapping.

三环式少齿差行星齿轮减速器是具有很多优点的一种新型少齿差传动。对三环减速器的振动、噪声、均载、润滑、变形协调条件、动力分析和动态特性等已有一些研究 ,而对其质量起着重要作用的内啮合变位的研究 ,尚未见有报导。提出用CAD法研究三环式少齿差减速器设计的关键问题———内外齿轮必须采用变位传动的设计 ,并研究在求解少齿差内啮合的重合度和齿廓重叠干涉系数方程组的迭代计算中 ,选用功能强大的数学软件MATHCAD进行数值计算的方法。

This paper discusses the application of internal gear pair with modified centre distance,and demonstrates the selection in number teeth on external gear,and optimum design of modification coefficient.

本文论述了内啮合变位齿轮传动的应用;论述了外齿轮齿数的选择以及变位系数的优化设计。
