Via the quality evaluation it was also known that the storage quality of both the varieties of 95-2 and 35 was good,while 32 was poor under the condition of 2±1℃ plus RH 85%～95%. The appearance and storage quality of 35 was the best.
Conclusion The characteristic fingerprint of the RL established by HPLC/ESI-MS technology is characteristic and reproducible, which could be applied to the quality assessment and variety identification of RL Spicate.
This paper will briefly discuss mtethods and principles of coherence technique,a new concept of full 3D seismic interpretation,and applications of the technique in quality appraisal of 3D seismic data,fault interpretation,autotracking and interpretation of seismic events,searching for special geological boundaries and comprehensive evaluation of structures,with a few application examples introduced finally.
The result of the experiments presented capsicum's hot air drying characteristic curve, and then analyzed the influencing degree which each factors affects capsicum drying. It got optimum combination of drying process parameters for dehydration rate and drying quality evaluating indicator.
Results showed that,noodle quality evaluating results and relative position of different wheat varieties are influenced greatly by noodle size,evaluating method,cooking time,cooling time,cooling method,evaluating institution and salt.
