Na_2O,MgO,Al_2O_3,SiO_2,P_2O_5,SO_3,K_2O,CaO,TiO_2,MnO and Fe_2O_3 in cement and cement clinker were determined by wavelength dispersive x-ray fluorescence spectrometer.
Flux 12∶22(Li 2B 4O 7∶LiBO 2 =12∶22) was used to melt the flouspar sample in this thesis,and CaF 2,SiO 2,Fe 2O 3,SO 3,P 2O 5 in flouspar were measured by sequential X ray fluorescence spectrometer.
The sample was prepared by the method of powder compressing. By the small size multichannel simultaneous X ray fluorescence spectrometer,the contens of SiO 2,Al 2O 3,CaO,MgO,Fe 2O 3 and K 2O,Na 2O in potassium feldspar can be measured.

Au in sold jewelry was analyzed by WDXRF proportional model with empirical coefficient method using a series of gold reference standards, in which the standard sample -cassette was changed and fitted out with special window -lining and sample-ficture. The analytical results of 9 gold reference standards and 16 standard gold bullions showed that the error was 0.03% -0.12% for 99.99%-98.98% gold samples and 0.01% 0.52% for 98.98% 37.50% those.
