本文对化学镀Ni-P合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的阳极行为进行了研究。运用动电位极化技术和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术对活化区和钝化区的测量结果表明:过电位与呈线性关系,但不同电位区,其斜率相差较大。在活化区,界面电容C随过电位的增大而减小,而在钝化区,C维持恒定。对表面膜的XPS分析证实:在活化区形成有磷酸盐膜,保护性差,不能有效地抑制溶解过程;而当表面吸附有H2PO2阴离子时,合金进入化学致钝的钝化区.

The result showed that the quaternary ammonium dialkyl-imidazoline cationic surfactant could be used for corrosion inhibitor of carbon steels in HCl, H 2SO 4, and HF solution. The relationship of concentration of the cationic surfactant with the efficiency has been studied. The maximum inhibit efficiency is 99 6%. The maximum of anti-acid fume efficiency is 85%. The mechanism of inhibit, anti-acid fume, and adsorption of the quaternary ammonium dialkyl-imidazoline cationic surfactant has been disclosed.

利用动电位极化技术、腐蚀失重法、自制酸雾测定装置对烷基咪唑啉季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂在盐酸酸洗液中对A3 钢的缓蚀、抑雾性能进行了研究。探讨了缓蚀剂浓度、酸洗温度等因素对缓蚀率、抑雾率的影响、烷基咪唑啉季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂在碳钢表面的吸附规律 ,发现该阳离子表面活性剂在碳钢表面的吸附符合Frumkin吸附等温式。提出了该阳离子表面活性剂的缓蚀、抑雾机理。结果表明 ,烷基咪唑啉季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂具有缓蚀效率高 (缓蚀率可达99 6 %以上 )、抑雾作用强 (抑雾率可达 85 %以上 )、酸洗耗酸量低 ,说明季铵化烷基咪唑啉阳离子表面活性剂可做为一种多功能的酸洗缓蚀抑雾剂 ,在酸洗工业中具有广阔的应用前景
