高压水射流清洗技术是通过喷嘴把高压水转变为具有高能量的水射流,对金属表面进行处理。采用这一技术对高炉冷却壁水管进行清洗,可去除水垢,降低管道粗糙度,从而改善冷却壁传热条件,减少阻力损失,延长高炉冷却壁寿命。此法可取代传统酸洗法,设备简单、效率高、费用低、无污染。

This paper describes the principle and advantage of hige pressure water jet cleaning, the construction of high pressure water jet device. 采用高压水射流技术清洗石油化工设备,已经越来越被石油化工企业的人们所认识,所接受。近年来,中国石油化工企业在设备检修中,已广泛推广应用高压水射流清洗技术,并取得了显著的技术成果和经济效益。本文不讨论一般条件、通常工况下的清洗问题,而是着重介绍了中国石油化工企业特殊设备、特殊介质、特殊污垢、特殊现场作业环境等特殊工况下的高压水射流清洗技术。这里包括①400立方米容积的合成橡胶胶液储罐的清洗技术;②直径1.12米,高56米的重油催化裂化油汽管线的清洗技术;③罐内有9圈被硬水垢完全堵塞的盘管的清洗技术;④被苯乙烯聚合物完全堵塞的换热器管程以及其它特殊工况下的清洗技术。研究开发石油化工特殊工况下的高压水射流清洗技术及应用并不断使之进步与提高,无论是对高压水射流清洗技术的发展,还是对石油化工企业的经济效益和社会效益都十分有益。
