Aiming at one of lithopone calcining rotary kiln process systems in some factory,this paper proposes a control method which is based on the equal mass and equal energy idea.Control difficulty of the lithopone calcining rotary kiln is introduced.Referring to Arrhenius Equation,an energy formula which is on the basis of Arrhenius Equation is developed and implementation of equal mass and equal energy control is introduced.The control result indicates that this method is fairly satisfactory.

与其他转窑煅烧过程一样 ,锌钡白转窑煅烧产品的消色力性能指标目前无法在线检测 ,因此其产品质量控制难度很大。文献中提出“等质量等能量”的控制模型以实现对立德粉煅烧过程的控制。但是该模型的调节范围有限。本文针对该问题 ,提出自适应调节方法。该方法在”等质量等能量”控制器的前端增加一比例调节器 ,以及时适应工况和粉种的变化
