The content of trace elements in the fibrous roots, rhizoma and leaves is much higher than that in the roots,and these have never been used as medicine before.With the exception in roots, the content of trace elements in the remaining parts of the plant is for the first time determined independently.

采用武汉地区胆石症患者胆囊或胆管中的胆石、胆汁及对照组的胆汁,通过原子吸收光谱等方法测定其中18种微量元素的含量。结果发现不同部位结石中的这些微量元素平均含量除铬外均无显著性差异,结石中12种微量元素的含量高于其胆汁中的含量;7种微量元素(铅、钙、砷。、铬、锰、铁、铝)高于对照组中的含量(P均<0.05)。胆石症患者胆汁中钠、钾、铜、铝、镁的平均含量均低于对照组(P<0.05),其它微量元素平均含量与对照组比较差异无显著性意义,本结果对进一步研究结石形成机理与防治措施提供了依据。

For the first time, 24 trace elements in Actinidia polygama were determined by means of fluorometry, AAS and TCP. The results showed that their contents varied with different parts of the plant. On the average, the additive quantities of the elements in the parts beneath the ground were 9.8% higher than that in the parts above the ground.The contents of trace elements essential to human body in the parts beneath the ground, such as Fe, Sr, Zn, Mn, Cu, Ni, Mo, Cr, V, Co and Se were 18.9% higher than that in the...

Besides, the fibers and the leaves were sensitive parts rich in these elements. The contents of harmful elements, such as Pb, Cd,Be and Hg in the plant were lower than the toxic dose.
