Low vibration and noise track structure has three types: elastic fastener system, elastic supporting block and floating slab. According to their structural features, this paper argues that the selection of the track structure must meet the requirements of differnent regions for the intensity of vibration and noise.

This paper presents a general situation of ballastless track on overseas high-speed railways and describes the selection of ballastless track structure type in the Chinese Railways and the key technologies. The full-scale model experiment was carried out for three types of ballastless track structures (slab, embedded sleeper, concrete block with rubber boot) selected in the earlier stage for the Chinese high-speed railway. The first two types of track structures were trial-laid on bridges and in tunnels and tested in situ and showed the characteristics of track stability, uniform stiffness, good durability, regularity and less maintenance as required by ballastless track. The key of the ballastless track lies in the structure strength, lateral stability, stiffness uniformity, elastic buffer and durability. In order to ensure long-term normal operation of the railway line with ballastless track, the deflection of the bridge and the foundation must be strictly controlled and the stable tunnel foundation and the rational setting of the transitional section of line and bridge must be ensured.

简述国外高速铁路无碴轨道发展概况,论述我国无碴轨道选型及关键技术。对我国高速铁路前期选用的三种结构型式无碴轨道(长枕埋入式、板式和弹性支承块式)进行室内实尺模型铺设及各项性能试验,对前两种结构型式进行桥上和隧道内试铺及现场试验。结果表明:无碴轨道具有线路稳定性、刚度均匀性和耐久性好、平顺性高、显著减少线路维修工作量等特点。无碴轨道结构设计的关键在于强度、横向稳定性、刚度均匀性、减振性和耐久性。为确保无碴轨道线路长期正常运营,必须严格控制桥梁及基础的变形、确保隧道基底稳固与合理设置线桥过渡段。

According to the virtual displacement principle for contact-impact problems, the equation on calculus of variations about wheel-rail contact is developed as its determined boundary conditions being released based on the penalty way. Depending on the contact control as well as the track dynamic equation of FEM deduced from the point-to-surface contact element, the dynamic response is simulated and calculated for the railway structure impacted by the falling wheel-set. The dynamic characteristic of the low vibration track is investigated on the basis of this analyzed method, which is verified by the on-the-spot experiment. The results show that it is more intuitive and effective to study the track dynamic performance by the presented wheel-load-drop FEM model.

通过确定落轴冲击问题的轮轨接触条件,根据接触冲击响应的虚位移原理,将轮轨接触边界条件用罚函数法释放,确立轮轨接触变分方程;采用点面接触单元导出轮轨接触有限元控制方程,进一步建立轨道结构动力有限元方程,从而可模拟计算落轴冲击对轨道结构产生的动态响应。基于该分析方法,求解了弹性支承块轨道结构的动力性能,并由现场实测得到验证。结果表明,运用所建立的落轴冲击有限元计算模型分析轨道结构动力性能,直观有效。
