本文所叙述的钨极氩弧焊弧长自动调节装置,采用电弧电压闭环控制,电动机转速开环控制,结构简单、可靠.利用晶体管桥式电路对伺服电动机供电,可避免继电器触点所带来的不可靠性,从而使工作寿命大大地提高。系统的放大倍数在10~6以上。电压控制的精度可达±0.114伏以上。文中还分析了弧长自动调节的静态过程,提出了供这类机构设计的理论依据。两年的生产实践证明,弧长自动调节装置对改善钨极氩弧焊是十分重要的。

This paper discusses the high frequency pulsed current helium gas tungsten arc welding of LD10 high-strength aluminum alloy.The reasons for its adoption,the labora-tory type high-output transistor power source,the welding process,as well as itsadvantages are described.Experiments indicate that by using this process to weldLD10 high-strength aluminum of 5mm thickness with square groove,a weld jointcan be done by one side single pass welding.The single-pass weld has excellentinternal quality and good surface appearance...

所研制的Z-80单板微处理机控制的晶体管弧焊电源,由于将计算机引入“QH-ARC 焊接电弧控制法”,所以只要改变软件程序,就能获得不同的特性.本文列出了系统的硬件结构简图,分别介绍了自行扩展的接口电路元件的某些性能及其逻辑电路,如A/D、D/A 转换器、PIO、电子开关等。论述了系统各环节放大倍数的设计方法,讨论了测量环节A/D 元件的“转换当量”对系统精度的影响.利用了采样周期T=100μs 的非线性离散控制.介绍了带门限值的P、PI 离散调节方案,以及恒流、恒压、双阶梯形静态外特性的实验结果.结果表明,在恒值调节系统中,可获得误差为±1 bit 的静态精度及满意的动态品质.它使弧焊电源的控制更加精确、灵活,是实现焊接过程高水平自动化的重要途径。
