With using the thermo-technical theories of furnace and based on site production measure and thermal test results, this paper introduces the twice improvements on thermo-technical operation carried out in reheating furnace in Continuous Rolling Works of BISC, and makes a thorough comparative analysis on more tkan 20 percent energy-saving effects achieved.

本文以炉子热工理论为指导,以现场生产标定和热工测试结果为依据,介绍了本钢连轧厂加热炉热工操作所进行的两次改进,并对改进操作取得了大于22%的节能效果进行了较深入的对比分析。
