By using stainless steel as the main structure material and soft aluminium and other substance as the sealing material of the valves and demountable connections, and by using CF—type metallic high vacuum valves and metallic diffusion pump, by reasonably deciding the dimension of the vacuum pipes and valves, we have succeeded in constructing a system, which can meet the requirements of reliability, convenience, high efficiency and repetitiveness for sample preparation.

制备~(14C)苯样品,需要有一个结构复杂的大型动态真空系统。我们通过选用不锈钢作为主体结构材料,以软铝等作为阀门阀头和可拆卸连接处的密封材料,采用CF-型高真空金属阀门和金属油扩散泵,合理地决定各处管道、阀门的通径,使建成的制样系统达到了安全可靠、使用方便、工作效率高、样制重复性高的要求。
