Realisticly change the situation (the low rate of files resouces and the shortage of development) becomes a question that was set before files workers.The paper gives a simple analysis from the reason,and relative measures. 切实改变高校档案资源利用率低、档案资源开发滞后的局面,成为摆在每个高校档案工作人员面前的问题。面对这样问题,本文试从问题产生的原因、应对措施等几个方面出发,作一简单探析。 The resources of archives in universities have the characteristics such as the variety of its function,the scholarship of its contents and the limited time of its collections,etc.This text expounds the collecting tactics of the archives of Nanhua university,and points out that the file collection network systems must ensure integrated and timely collecting of files of institutions of higher learning 高校档案资源有功能多样性、内容学术性、收集时限性等特点。针对这些特点,文章阐述了大学档案馆所采取的收集策略,同时指出健全档案资源收集网络制度,确保高校档案及时、完整归档。 This paper expounded knowledge innovation and the relations with the archive resource,analyzed the status quo on the information construction of archive resource,and put forward the main ways to realize the information construction of the archive resource on the basis of knowledge innovation in colleges and universities. 阐释知识创新概念及与高校档案资源的关系,分析了高校档案资源信息化建设的现状,提出了在知识创新理念基础之上实现高校档案资源信息化建设的主要途径。
