研究了野败型杂交稻(Oryza Sativa L.)两个籼稻(Indica)组合三对性状的遗传特性及其基因位点间的相互关系。本研究中酯酶同工酶E12A的存在对缺如,芽鞘的紫色对绿色和柱头的紫色对绿色分别是显性。三对性状分别受三个基因位点的三对等位基因控制,表现出典型的孟德尔遗传特征。三个基因位点间存在着明显的连锁关系,其排列顺序是紫色芽鞘基因位点(Pc)——紫色柱头基因位点(Ps)——酯酶同工酶基因位点—3(Est—3)。
