In this paper, the concept of dynamic quality is adopted to illustrate the optimised capability of the pattern for cognitive construction. The practice of PAP principle in higher vocational English education will ensure an optimised, and therefore more appropriate, pattern for the concerned cognitive construction thanks to the embedded dynamic quality, which contributes to initiative, self-determinated, cooperative, practical and organic virtues in the cognitive construction.

本文尝试着以动态品质来标识认知构建模式的优化性能,指出PAP原则在高职英语教育中的实施,将有力支持其认知构建模式从主动自主、合作交互、社会真实和延展再生等诸多方面成就动态品质的注入成型,高职英语认知构建模式也因此得以完成品质提升,实现有效优化。
