According to our recent test and study of the strength of the coach bus body and the analysis and calculation by the finite element method, he paper presents the preliminary ideas on the early break- down of the skeleton structure of the body, and makes some research on the strength of the coach bus body, the rational adjustments to the body structure rigidity distribution and the improvement on the strength of its body structure. The main points of the paper are as follows: The external factor causing the early breakdown of the structure of the body is the torsional stress caused by the rough road surface. The other factor is in the structure itself which is the improper dis- tribution of the rigidity of the structure and therefore the extra- stress in some parts. So the authors believe that the main way to solve the problem of the breakdown of the coach bus structure is the rational adjustment to the rigidity distribution of all parts of the body strucrure and to raise the torsional strength of the body.

本文根据我们近年来对公路客车车身强度的试验研究和有限元分析计算所获得的主要成果,对车身结构的早期断裂问题,提出了初步的看法,并就关于公路客车车身强度的一般规律,以及合理调整车身结构刚度、提高车身结构强度的问题,作了初步探讨。本文的基本论点是:引起车身结构早期断裂的外部因素是由于路面凹凸不平而形成的扭转工况,但就结构方面的因素来看,却是由于结构构件的刚度分配不当,致使部分构件内力过大而造成的。由此,文章认为,合理调整车身结构各部位的刚度,提高车身的抗扭强度,是解决客车结构早期断裂的主要途径。

Finite method is used, mechanical model established, and improved optimum structure design adopted. SOP(Structure Optimization pro-gram)is thereby devised. New effective program developed for optimization of bus body structure. After 5 iterations sole weight of body frame is decreased by 14%.

This article emphasizes the analysis of the stochastic character of dynamic stresses on the BJ-663 van's body structure in different speeds and on different paths during testing. The test was carried out at Hai Nan Experimental Ground and ordinary highways. CF-500 Frequency spectrum analyzer, SW-160 and SD-142 stress wave analyzer were used for data processing. It is concluded as follow: The speed as well as the roughness of highway was of the important function in the intensive reliability test and the stress responses of the element of the body structure presented a low frequency narrow band so that during the body analysis,the low exponents in main mode can be calculated and high exponents neglected. When the van was driven on different paths, sensibilities of stress response on each measuring point of the elements of the body according to positions were quite different so that the strength test of the body must be taken on different paths for overall exam etc.

本文以BJ-633A型旅行车车身为研究对象,在海南试车场及一般公路上进行了动态测试,将获取的随机信号在CF-500频谱分析仪、SW-160和SD-142应力波分析仪上进行了数据处理,着重分析了该车以不同车速在各种道路上行驶时,车身结构动应力的随机特性以及对车身结构强度的影响。指出路面不平度和车速是强化车身结构可靠性试验的重要因素。
