The properties of concrete manufactured from such iqluid slag approach or even attain those of ordinary concrete, Investigation shows that the use of the original slag as such or with some lime addition in the coal before its burning is an effective way for the comprehensivevitligation.

本文分析了原状水淬液态渣的物理、化学特性,并指出了用它作混凝土细骨料所存在的问题。经本试验研究证明:将原状液态渣进行适当的加工处理,则可显著地改善其物理特性和操作人员的劳动条件,使之符合普通混凝土用砂的质量标准。用它配制的混凝土的性能接近或达到普通混凝土。并指出用未增钙或低增钙液态渣作混凝土细骨料,是液态渣综合利用的一条有效途径。

Analyses of components prove that water-cooled chrome-slag treated by high-temterature in vertical cyclone furnace has no toxicity and may be used as fine aggregate of concrete after suitable treatment. Tests by means of X-ray diffraction, pressure mercury and microhardness methods show that the water-cooled chrome-slag possesses reactivity, and is useful to improve physical and mechanical properties of concrete, because pozzolanic effect of the fine aggregate will improve structure of intermediate zone.

通过成分测试,证实经立式旋风炉高温熔融除毒处理后的水淬铬渣已无毒性,再经适度加工便可符合混凝土用砂的质量标准,用于配制混凝土。X—射线衍射法、压汞法和显微硬度等试验结果证明水淬铬渣具有活性,用作混凝土细骨料其火山灰效应改善了过渡区结构,有利于提高混凝土的物理力学性能。

Liquefied cinders is a kind of industrial cinders which is ejected from liquid ejecting oven of coal power plants. This artical set forth the similarities and differences between liquefied cinders concrete and common concrete from mechanical and durable properties according to a large quantity of test results. It is also shown that liquefied cinders can be used instead of natural sand as fine aggregate in concrete . The achievement offers a reliable basis for liquefied cinders application in engineering.

液态渣是燃煤热电厂液态排渣炉排放出的一种工业废渣.本文通过大量的试验结果,从力学性能和耐久性能方面.阐述了液态渣混凝土与普通混凝土的异同.指出用液态渣可直接代替天然砂作混凝土细骨料.这一成果为液态渣在工程上应用提供了可靠的依据.
