AIM: To observe the therapeutic effect of hepatocyte growth promoting factor (PHGF) combined with transmetil in treatment of chronic severe hepatitis (CSF). METHODS: 120 patients were divided randomly into two groups: the combined treatment group and the routine group. All the patients received ordinary therapy, and 62 patients, based on the therapy, received PHGF combined with transmetil in the combined treatment group. RESULTS: Compared with the routine treatment group, the levels of total serum bilirubin and prothrombin time were decreased significantly (P<0.05) in the combined treatment, and the total effective ratio was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: PHGF and transmetil show a synergism in the protection of liver function.

目的 :观察促肝细胞生长素联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢重肝的疗效。方法 :12 0例慢重肝患者随机分成两组 ,联合用药组 (n =6 2 )和常规治疗组 (n =5 8)。联合用药组在一般治疗的基础上加用促肝细胞生长素及腺苷蛋氨酸 ,常规治疗组采用一般治疗。结果 :促肝细胞生长素联合腺苷蛋氨酸联合用药组肝功能明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,总有效率、显效率明显高于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,病死率明显低于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,早、中期慢重肝炎患者的存活率明显高于常规治疗组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :促肝细胞生长素联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢重肝具有协同保护肝细胞 ,促肝细胞再生的作用 ,能明显改善肝功能 ,降低病死率。对慢重肝患者应早期、足量使用促肝细胞生长素及腺苷蛋氨酸 ,能取得满意的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of hemostatic and sealing surface of wound, and status of internal degradation.Methods 20 SD white rats were randomly divided into two groups, namely experimental and control group. Hemostasis was performed with fibrinogen plus collagen sponge in experimental group. Hemostasis was performed gelatin sponge in control group. Results In the incision of hepatic surface, the two kinds of hemostatic material could stop the bleeding immediately. Fibrinogen plus collagen sponge was adhered to the incision closely.However,the gelatin sponge was deciduous easily. In the hemostatic time and hemorrhagic volume, the fibrinogen plus collagen sponge group was better than that the gelatin sponge group during hepatic resection of white rats(P < 0.05). Histological examimation:In the remission of wound inflammation,degradation of hemostatic materials and stimulated hepatic cell regeneration, the experimental group was superior to the control group. Conclusion Fibrinogen plus collagen sponge can effect to hemostasis. It is closely adhered to surface of wound and is absorbed quickly, and that it can induce regeneration of hepatic cells. Because of fibrinogen plus collagen sponge possesses a good effects in the local hemostasis, sealing tissue and stimulated hepatic cell regeneration, so, it is a excellent biologic material.

目的探讨纤维蛋白原鄄胶原海绵片在手术创面的止血性能、封闭创面的效果及在体内降解吸收的状况。方法将SD大鼠20只随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组用纤维蛋白原鄄胶原海绵片进行止血,对照组用明胶海绵片止血。结果在大鼠肝表面的切口,两种止血材料均能即刻止血。纤维蛋白原鄄胶原海绵片与切口粘附紧;而明胶海绵片较易脱落。在大鼠左肝前叶切除术中,纤维蛋白原鄄胶原海绵片组在止血时间及出血量的指标上均优于明胶海绵片组(P<0.05)。组织学检查:创面炎症消退、止血材料降解和促肝细胞再生,实验组均优于对照组。结论纤维蛋白原鄄胶原海绵片能有效地止血,与创面的粘附力强,吸收降解快,且能诱导肝创面肝细胞再生。因而,纤维蛋白原鄄胶原海绵片是一种安全的局部止血、组织封闭和促进细胞再生的生物材料。

In addition,the mutation of PRL 3 gene was exami ned by PCR SSCP. Results The PRL 3 mRNA level was increased in primary CRC tis sues as compared with paired paratumor normal tissues(1.6±0.7 vs. 0.4±0.1,P< 0.01),while no significant difference of its expression was found between CRA ti ssues and their adjacent normal mucosae(P >0.05). However,the PRL 3 mRNA levels of liver metastases(2.1±0.8) in 12 cases and metastatic lymph nodes(3.3±1.0) in 6 cases were significantly higher compared with the matched primary lesions,n ormal tissues and negative lymph nodes(P< 0.01). There was significant relation of the expression of PRL 3 mRNA with the clinicopathological features includin g Dukes stage,invasion depth and metastasis(P< 0.05),but no relation with sex,t umor size,degree of differentiation was found(P >0.05). Abnormal electroresis band was found in 1 of 6 cases with liver metastasis by PCR SSCP analysis. Conc lusions PRL 3 gene plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis and may associated with carcinogenesis and development of CRC. There might exist so me unknown mechanisms of overexpression and mutation of PRL 3 gene in CRC.
