This article introduces the indoor and on-the-spot experiment circumstances of ASCR 8185 and points out that 8185 is a composite chemical which has fairly good results as an anti- scale and corrosion retarder. 本文介绍了防垢缓蚀剂8185的室内及现场试验情况。并指出,8185是一种复配型防垢、缓蚀效果都比较好的化学药剂。它可供热水系统、油田注水系统及热水采暖系统使用,并可用作酸洗缓蚀剂。在水系统中投加10ppm的8185,阻垢率可达80%以上,即结垢速度不超过0.5毫米/年,腐蚀速度可降为5密耳/年以下。

A solar-assisted heat pump system (or water heating has been studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the system can provide users with 50℃ hot water during the whole year round, its COP achieves 3 or so. It would be more competitive after optimizing the design, decreasing the cost and adding the function of space heating or air conditioning to the system. The system would be effective on environmental protection and conventional energy resources saving.

利用化学浸泡及电化学方法研究了4种钢制散热器材质在不同含氧量和氯离子浓度下的腐蚀速度及耐蚀性,并用X射线衍射对锈蚀物进行了结构分析。实验结果表明,钢材腐蚀速度主要取决于供热水系统中的溶氧量。在脱氧条件下则形成Fe3O4保护膜,此时氯离子将加速材料的腐蚀。腐蚀极化电阻则随残余应力的增加而下降。
