For practical purpose, the predetermined effect can be achieved by the application of microcomputer aided design to tunnel work designs. By this method, the design of presplitt-ing blasting of smooth blasting type can be carried out rapidly and accurately and the blasting parameters thus obtained can be calibrated until the ideal blast effect is reached. It is no doubt that the wovk efficiency and technical level are raised by use of this innovation.

The degree of nuclear hardness in 74 eyes was grade Ⅳ~Ⅴ.Results The visual acuity without correction was 0.8 or better in 75.67%, 79.73% and 83.87% one day, one week and three months after the operations respectively. There was no statistical difference between the mean preoperative astigmatism and postoperative astigmatism( P >0.05).There were corneal edema in 5 eyes, posterior capsular ruptures in 5 eyes. Little lens fragments dropped into the vitreous in 2 eyes.Conclusion The phaco burst technique is apt for phacoemulsification of hard nucleus cataract.

目的 研究爆破式超声乳化术在硬核白内障中的应用。方法 对 74例 74眼核硬度为 ~ 级的老年性成熟期或过熟期白内障施行爆破式超声乳化术 ,术中结合自制晶状体碎核钩进行手法劈核。结果 术后第 1天、1wk及 3mo裸眼视力达 0 .8及以上者分别为 75 .6 7%、79.73%及 83.87% .手术前后角膜散光改变无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。角膜水肿 5眼 ,晶状体后囊破裂 5眼 ,少量晶状体物质沉入玻璃体内 2眼。结论 该方法适合于硬核白内障的超声乳化
