Based on this, a standard for determining the a, c. arc burning stability has been established. In order to widen the scope of the application of a, c. arc, a device with bipolar voltage pulses has been designed and constructed for the needs of the technology of manual arc welding with basic electrode and solid wire MIG. Then the two technologies have been tested on the device in combination with a popular a.c. arc welding machine, made in our country. Depending upon the results of the experiments, the problems on the a. c. arc burning stability are discussed briefly.

本文从交流电弧在“零休”时间能量平衡过程出发,分析了交流电弧燃烧的稳定性,并由此建立了一个评定交流电弧燃烧稳定性指标;为了扩大交流电弧应用范围,以适应碱性焊条手弧焊及熔化极交流气电焊工艺之需要,研制了一个双向电压脉冲稳弧装置;并用此装置与普通国产交流弧焊机相结合进行了上述两种工艺实验,对实验中有关交流电弧燃烧稳定性方面的问题做了初步探讨。
