By means of the microwave hyperthermia effect, the testes of rabbits were exposed to microwave field for a certain time and the temperature of the testes was raised to a preassigned degree. Then we made the histological examination of the testes and counted the sperms and inspected the rabbits' ability of bearing in natural conditions. The experiments show that the testes of these rabbits were exposed to microwave field one or two times and the temperature was raised to41 -42CC for 10 -15 minutes within a certain...

By means of the microwave hyperthermia effect, the testes of rabbits were exposed to microwave field for a certain time and the temperature of the testes was raised to a preassigned degree. Then we made the histological examination of the testes and counted the sperms and inspected the rabbits' ability of bearing in natural conditions. The experiments show that the testes of these rabbits were exposed to microwave field one or two times and the temperature was raised to41 -42CC for 10 -15 minutes within a certain period of time the germinal element suffered varying degrees of damage and the guantity of sperms diminished to a very low level. Temporarily these rabbits lose fertility for about 2 months, then gradually return to normal.Druing the experiments, the sexual desire and physical conditions of the rabbits exposed to microwave radiation were normal andjhe filial generations of thsee rabbits grow and develop normally, we didnt find any sign of teratism.

The results of the study showed that the environmental heat (40±1℃) and the combined heat and carbon monoxide (40±1℃ + CO 40ml/kg) caused severe damage to speratogenic epithelium of testes in rabbits.The spermatogenic process was severely inhibited and the diameters of the convoluted seminiferous tubules became short, especially after exposure to the combined heat and carbon monoxide. No marked changes in number and diameters of Leydig's cells of testes were seen. The results also showed that the number of sperms in the tails of epididymis were closely related to the degree of damage in the spermatogenic epithelium.

实验结果表明,环境高温(40±1℃)及其与CO联合作用(40±1℃+CO40ml/kg)均可使家兔睾丸生精上皮严重受损。生精过程受到严重抑制,曲细精管管径变小,尤以二者联合作用的影响更为明显。睾丸间质细胞数目及其直径均未见明显改变。结果还提示附睾尾中精子数目与生精上皮损伤程度有密切关系。认为高温可使睾丸致损,而其与CO联合作用则使其损伤更明显。

The temperature of the rabbit's testes was decreased at first and then the rabbit's testes were exposed to ultrasound 1.5w/cm~2 for 14 minutes to observe ultrasound non heat effect on the seminiferous epithelium. 本研究应用预先把家兔睾丸温度降低,然后再给以超声波作用的方法,观察超声波非热效应对睾丸生精上皮的影响。结果表明,当睾丸温度不升高时,超声波对睾丸生精上皮仍有明显的损害作用。
