The experimentalanimals were fixed with the present steel plate,while control ones with the common straight plate.Results It was more obvious that the cotex ofbone became thinner and the marrow cavity became larger in control group than in test group.Itwas found histologically that callus occuredearler, substance of bone absorption was less,and fractured bone reconstructed faster in the testgroup than in the other one.Conclusion It is suggested that the design ofthe new steel plate is reasonable and can decreasethe stress-shielding effect of the plate on the bone.Thus its property is superior to the commonstraight plate.

目的为克服目前临床上应用的骨折内固定钢板的应力遮挡效应,设计一种新型可变应力的骨折内固定钢板,通过动物实验比较新型钢板和普通型钢板对骨折愈合的影响。方法60只家兔随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均造成右侧胫骨骨折,实验组用新型钢板行内固定手术,对照组用普通型钢板内固定手术。结果对照组骨皮质变簿及骨髓腔变大较实验组明显;组织学发现,实验组骨痂出现早,骨质吸收少、骨折局部改建快。结论新型骨折内固定钢板设计合理,可以减少钢板对骨的应力遮挡效应,性能优于目前临床上应用的普通钢板。

用可吸收固定材料(SR-PGA)对25只大白鼠(平均350克)股骨下端骨折进行髓内固定。固定各4、6、8、12、24周分别取骨折愈合区骨痂一组进行电镜下超微结构观察。结果:(1)骨折第4周仍处炎性反应期;(2)成纤维细胞和成骨细胞出现在8~12周;(3)胶原纤维结构正常;(4)24周时骨细胞超微结构正常,无退变现象。作者认为,应用可吸收材料进行骨折内固定,骨折愈合细胞进程较慢;但成骨过程活动正常;特别在较长时间固定后,骨细胞形态、结构无退变表现。表明可吸收固定物进行固定,其骨折愈合的超微结构表现与传统理论之间有一定差别,临床应用时应充分了解,注意其自身特性对骨折愈合的影响。
