According to basic theory of reliability for power system combined with professional knowledge of power plant, this paper studies reliability calculation, mathematical model and method for station service of a power plant and provides a calculating program with FORTRAN-77 language. Under any operating condition of the electric-circuits system of the power plant (including main electric circuits and station service system), this program can calculate several indices of reliability for station service system, e g, outage probability, outage frequency, expected energy not served (EENS), mean time of outage erc, and can examine tide distribution of the system, thus finding out the location and part of excess loading. The quantitative data thus obtained can offer a higher reliability design for a station service system.

本文根据电力系统可靠性的基本理论,结合发电厂的专业知识,对发电厂厂用电系统的可靠性计算的判据,数学模型和方法进行探讨,并用FORTRAN—77语言编写了计算程序。可对发电厂主系统接线(包括电气主接线和厂用电系统),在任意的运行方式下,计算出其厂用电系统的几个可靠性指标,如厂用系统的停运概率,停运频率,期望电量不足EENS,停电平均时间等。并能检查系统在正常运行和一阶事故时的系统潮流分布,由此找到过负荷元件。这在设计厂用电系统时,为寻找可靠性较高的方案提供了数量依据。

The paper describes the different electical systems in Dayawan nuclear po-wer plant,It includes the composition and engineering philosophy of schemes for generator circuit,medium and low voltage auxiliary systems,EHV substation and safety source system,the reasons for the types of equipment selected and the main principle for choicing its capacity,the differences of electrical systems between a NPP and a conventional power plant.

The selectable voltage class to be developed in our country on the same kind coal face is no more than 3kV and 6kV. The paper analyses these two classes through computation, deems that the reliability of the manufacture of 6kV mining equipment in our country is not satisfactory at present, it is unadaptable in the electric system of dynamic state. Therefore, as viewed from manufacture, maintenance, safety and investment, to take the voltage class of 3kV is more realizable and reasonable.

国外高产高效工作面供电技术发展上的一个重要特征就是中压2.3至5kv直接引入了采煤工作面。这是由于机械功率不断增大(2×500kW),采区不断扩大(工作面250~300m、走向~2500m)的必然结果。我国发展高产高效工作面可供选择的电压等级不外乎3 kV或6kV。本文作了简单的计算分析,认为我国6kV矿用电气设备的技术水平不高,可靠性较差,用于动态的用电系统较难适应。所以从制造、维护、安全、投资、借鉴等综合考虑,我国高产高效工作面采用3kV供电较为现实合理。
