In this paper, an 8 bit parallel ATM scrambler (descrambler) is designed by using the theory of the matrix algorithm, it reduces the speed of the circuits greatly. This paper put forward the use of time-domain balance (waveformcompensation) and error code correction EFC) technique to correct the waveform distortion caused by non-ideal baseband characteristics according to the analysis of the characteristics of signal transmission channel of KJ90 monitoring system in order to reduce the transmission error rate. The results indicated that the uses of time domain balance technology plays the vital role in reduction of the system's transmission error rate, this thus provides a useful technical experience for further upgrading the system performance.

为了减少监控系统的传输误码率,通过对KJ90监控系统信号传输信道特性的分析,提出了采用时域均衡(波形补偿)和误码校正(EFC)的技术方法来校正由于基带特性不理想引起的波形畸变。结果表明:采用时域均衡技术在减少系统的传输误码率上发挥着重要作用,为进一步升级系统性能提供了一条可借鉴的技术经验。
