By substituting low purity neodymium for the high purity one, NdFeB permanent magnets of (BH)max=41 MGOe were prepared by powder metallurgy. Several properties of NdFeB alloys were measured by means of x-ray diffraction, the differential thermal analyzer, magnetic balance, extracting sample magnetometer and pulse high magnetic field apparatus respectively. The results show that there is a peak of phase transition at 1439K, and the abnormal phenomenon on the magnetic hysteresis loop at low temperature...

一种高性能的铁磁流体密封系统,采用钕铁硼(NdFeB)永磁体作为磁场源,密封介质则使用北京航空航天大学研制的BH-1铁磁流体。实验结果表明,对于每边磁极靴上具有一道密封级的结构,可以提供120~180kPa的耐压能力;而每边具有两道密封级,则可以达到225~370kPa。并且实验预示这种系统的密封耐压能力还有进一步提高的潜力。
